Do not check in children or present a room as open before readiness is verified. V.E.I Children of Impact is a distinct media and learning concept, not childcare.
Our purpose
We want to partner with parents and guardians to nurture faith, belonging, safety and age-appropriate biblical learning — helping every child know they are loved by God and welcome in His family.
What families can expect when we open

Safety & safeguarding
These are requirements we must meet before opening — not claims that they are already in place.
Guardian verification
Guardians will be verified before a child can be checked in.
Authorised pickup
Children will be released only to listed adults with a matching pickup code.
Team screening & training
Every team member must pass screening, background and safeguarding training before assignment.
Incident reporting
Any incident will be recorded and shared with the guardian the same day.
Emergency procedures
Evacuation and emergency-contact steps must be approved before rooms open.
Allergies, medical notes & privacy
Care notes will be visible only to the approved team serving your child.
Photo & video consent
No child is photographed or filmed without written guardian consent.
No public child details
Children's names, photos and details are never shown publicly.

Parent & guardian FAQ
How will check-in work?
A guardian will check each child in with a secure code at the room. Details will be published when the ministry opens.
Who can pick up my child?
Only the guardian or adults you authorise, using the matching pickup code.
What about allergies?
You'll be able to add allergy and medical notes privately; only the approved team serving your child will see them.
Is there support for accessibility or additional needs?
Yes, this is planned. A special-support contact will be listed here once confirmed.
How will bathroom and diapering be handled?
A written policy is required before opening and will be shared here.
Will my child be photographed?
Only with your written consent. Children are never shown publicly without it.
What if I lose my pickup code?
Staff will verify your identity through a separate, recorded process before releasing your child.
Which emergency contact do you need?
At least one emergency contact other than the checking-in guardian.
We're visiting for the first time — what should we do?
Until rooms open, children stay with their families during services. Contact us with any questions.
