Prayer room statusCare, safety and young people
Pastoral prayer and encouragement are not emergency, mental-health, medical or legal services. V.E.I. does not provide crisis response. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or 988 for emotional crisis. Outside the US, contact local emergency or crisis services.
If abuse or imminent harm is involved, seek immediate help from local emergency services or a qualified safeguarding professional. Young people should involve a safe trusted adult; do not contact an unsafe guardian. Private adult–minor conversations remain blocked.
Retention duration, deletion handling and legal-hold rules require owner approval before launch. Requests for deletion are reviewed, not automatically erased.
V.E.I. Prayer 5:17 is a separate media and broadcast prayer experience, connected to but distinct from this pastoral hotline.
