Never, Never Go Back

Written & composed by Rich L'or Nachrist

DRAFT · NOT AIRING

One pathway, two distinct formats

Potential for Christ discovers, routes and mentors; Gifts for the Kingdom showcases completed progress. No application, vote, audition or enrollment is open.

Impact in Action

Proposed disciplines

  • Worship & music
  • Preaching & Bible teaching
  • Acting & film
  • Art & design
  • Writing
  • Innovation & entrepreneurship
  • Leadership & service
  • Technology, trades & community skills

Routes are voluntary and preserve each existing program’s curriculum.

The proposed weekly discovery and development flagship helps people identify skills, receive ethical qualified mentoring, demonstrate progress and choose a practical next step. It routes participants voluntarily into existing learning paths without replacing their curricula.

Proposed format

  1. 0–6Participant story — A real, consented introduction only after selection and release review.
  2. 6–14Skill discovery — Strengths, goals and learning needs without rankings or spiritual judgments.
  3. 14–27Qualified mentoring — Constructive, discipline-specific guidance from confirmed mentors.
  4. 27–37Demonstration — A rights-cleared practice or work sample, not an elimination performance.
  5. 37–42Constructive feedback — Specific, respectful and actionable observations.
  6. 42–45Personal next step — A voluntary route to an existing program or independent learning goal.

Safeguards

  • No harsh elimination format, public humiliation, manufactured conflict, paid voting or spirituality scoring.
  • Basic application has no cost. Participation never guarantees fame, placement, employment, ministry opportunity or publication.
  • Auditions require published criteria, fair access, qualified independent reviewers, constructive feedback and an appeal or concern path.
  • Minors require guardian consent, age-appropriate safeguarding and no unmoderated adult-minor contact.
  • Participants retain their intellectual property unless a specific written license is freely agreed; every presentation needs media, music and contributor rights.
  • No participant, mentor, vote, demographic, episode, choir, outcome or success metric is implied until verified.
  • Matthew 25’s talents are monetary assets in context; this concept does not use a false etymology for modern abilities.
  • Both working names require final rights and trademark review before launch. Use the full Potential for Christ name, not P4C.
No episodes yet. This concept has no approved recording, host, guest or schedule, so there is nothing to play.
