Proposed editorial distinction
Established broadcasters already offer teaching, worship, prayer and testimonies; these alone are not an innovation claim. VEI’s proposed signature links Watch → Reflect → Act → Report with verified outcomes, ethical local church co-productions, church independence, multicultural regional contributors and authentic, safeguarded teen/young-adult apprenticeships.
Pilot quality criteria
- One Scripture accurately understood in context, with verified text rights.
- One audience need and one demonstrable, voluntary action.
- Authentic voices; no fabricated guests, outcomes or exploited hardship stories.
- Accessible captions and reviewed multilingual translations.
- Transparent real-versus-planned states, separate rights and informed consent gates.
Prospective pilots only: UPLIFT encouragement, accountable service and a local co-production with supervised apprenticeship — no confirmed participants, partners or episodes. Station-timed 5/15/30/60-minute blocks only after approved editing, captions, consent and redistribution rights.
