Never, Never Go Back

Written & composed by Rich L'or Nachrist

DRAFT · NOT AIRING

FREE: no purchase or VII membership required. Six proposed pilots; no recorded lessons or confirmed teachers. COMING SOON — content and rights pending. Optional student progress tracking is not open.

Three distinct expressions

Impact: choir-led worship ministry, not a concert. Studio: standalone private preparation tools for authorized teams from multiple churches. Academy: proposed free public learning, never access to private workspaces.

Six proposed pilots

  1. PILOT 1 · COMING SOON

    Find Your Voice

Body alignment, healthy breath, gentle warmups, pitch matching and rhythm with a metronome.

Proposed practice: Five gentle minutes: listen, match a comfortable pitch, rest and repeat without strain.

  2. PILOT 2 · COMING SOON

    Piano/Keyboard for Worship

Safe posture, simple triads, steady timing, ear training and beginner worship accompaniment.

Proposed practice: Practice a slow, original three-chord progression with a steady pulse.

  3. PILOT 3 · COMING SOON

    Guitar & Rhythm

Acoustic/electric basics, comfortable technique, chords, strumming and rights-cleared rehearsal loops.

Proposed practice: Change between two comfortable chords; count aloud before adding a simple strum.

  4. PILOT 4 · COMING SOON

    Sing in Harmony

Duets to soprano/alto/tenor/bass, lead/backing roles, two/three/four-part listening and human-verified arrangements.

Proposed practice: Listen to one original phrase, learn your part, then blend softly with another consenting singer.

  5. PILOT 5 · COMING SOON

    Band Together

Bass, drums, percussion, ensemble listening, rhythm, section coaching and collaborative rehearsal leadership.

Proposed practice: Agree on a slow pulse and a simple original groove; take turns listening and leading.

  6. PILOT 6 · COMING SOON

    From Rehearsal to Ministry

Setlist, microphones, sound, volunteer ethics, safeguarding, recording rights and one genuinely verified Studio workflow.

Proposed practice: Prepare a rights-aware rehearsal plan, assign consenting roles and review one service-focused next step.

Learning strands

Vocal Foundations
Alignment, gentle breathing/warmups, pitch, rhythm, diction, ear training, vocal rest, microphones, choir blend and accessible drills. Stop if painful; persistent pain or voice problems need specialized consultation. No medical or instant-ability promises.
Harmony Lab
Lead/backing and SATB; two-, three- and four-part exercises, call-and-response, choir sections and beginner-to-advanced coaching. Arrangements, scores and lyrics need human review and rights.
Instrument Foundations
Keys, acoustic/electric guitar, bass, drums and percussion: posture, safe technique, chords, rhythm, ear training and ensemble practice. Winds/orchestral instruments only as real educators join; reliable accessible charts required.
Worshift Studio Lab
Screen-demo scripts only for verified controls using instructor-selected original, consented or licensed samples. AI, stems, calls, streaming, recording and exports are not presumed connected. Private choir/user content never appears.
Choir + Band Together
A song-from-zero learning sequence: listening, parts, band arrangement, rehearsal and responsible ministry. Related to the proposed Voices of Impact Choir and Worshift Impact, not an existing performing choir.
Multilingual Learning
English/French first with reviewed subtitles; Sango and other languages later with approved fluent teachers. No verified automatic-translation claim.
Free Resources
Proposed original/cleared chord, progression and rhythm charts, practice checklist, warmup guide and band rehearsal template. No downloadable file until the content and rights actually exist.
Accessibility + Safeguarding
Captions, transcripts, visual rhythm counters, reviewed playback-speed controls, high contrast, low-bandwidth and audio-described steps where feasible. Guardian consent/moderation for minors; no unmoderated adult–minor 1:1 chat; separate recording permissions.
